SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Athleticism isn’t built by doing typical exercise you might see at a public gym. It’s built by specific movements that support the area of athleticism trying to be improved.

For example, if a basketball player wants to increase their vertical jump height, doing repeated broad jumps, vertical jumps and box jumps will be some of the many ways to increase the player's vertical jump.

As with everything we do, all sport specific training is backed by peer reviewed research. Research that has been proven to be effective by athletes and for athletes. Our approach to athleticism is calculated and very scientific. To truly bring the best out in you we like to monitor how much you sleep, how much water you drink, and what foods you eat so we have specific data on how well you recover and what specifically helps and hinders you.

Athletic skills are not skills that skyrocket as we grow up. Athleticism is something that has to be honed. Here at Unchained Unbroken we hone the skills needed to be in peak condition.
